  1. Do you use templates? The answer should always be no, templates are difficult to update and will never command good site rankings, bespoke options such as database synergy are also impossible.
  2. Flash, is this a good thing? Although we recommend animation, but not Flash, it is not smartphone  compatible, hence you end up with blank white screens.
  3. Will I own my website? Formation websites are all bespoke and built from scratch, so YES once paid for the site belongs to you, this is unknown in the trade.
  4. Can I upgrade my website? Yes, at any stage you can add new pages, database, e-commerce shop, because our sites are hard coded and bespoke.
  5. Can i update my text? Yes, all Formation websites come with a full CMS Content Management  System, training manual & in-house training.
  6. Can I go elsewhere? Yes, If for what ever reason you are not happy you can move your  website to another hosting supplier, because you own it.
  7. How do I pay? We have set terms, we quote you in hard copy, once accepted, 25%  deposit, 25% upon design approval and final payment only due when  website fully functional & commissioned live.
  8. Will my website be found? Yes, we Index all our website with Google, we also complete all Meta- tags, page-titles and relevant keywords as standard.
  9. Will I be the top of Google? Maybe, dependent on competition, however to secure high browser  rankings you will need an Ad-word or SEO campaign.
  10. What are the maintenance costs? We charge no maintenance fees, the only ongoing charge is a small  annual charge for hosting your website & e-mails.
